How to use a code
- Add your items to the basket.
- At checkout, type the code into the coupon code box.
- Select Apply. The new total shows before you pay.
Why isn't my code working?
Check the spelling first. A code won't apply if it has expired, if your basket only contains excluded items, or if another code is already applied. Codes from voucher or cashback sites were not issued by us, and we can't apply them.
Codes and UK vape law
From 29 October 2026, the Tobacco and Vapes Act 2026 bans giving away vaping products and selling them at a substantial discount to promote them. Our codes are standard percentage reductions on our normal prices. No order includes gifts or samples.
Who can buy from V2 Cigs UK
We sell to adults aged 18 and over only, and we verify age at checkout through the terms and conditions agreement. Our products are intended for adult smokers and vapers.
