Terms and Conditions of use of this website

  • From 1st October 2015 it is illegal for retailers to sell electronic cigarettes or the e-liquid used in them to someone under the age of 18. It is also an offence for anyone over 18 to buy e-cigarettes, vaping products, e-liquid etc. on behalf of minor. We reserve the right to request proof of age before orders are fulfilled.

  • V2 Cigs does not sell or deliver any products to anyone under the age of 18. If you provide false information then you will be in breach of our terms and conditions.

  • V2 Cigs does not deliver orders to any outside the UK, Channel Isles from this website.

  • Where the customer instructs us to use the "safe place" option for shipping, which does not require a signature for proof of delivery, we cannot be responsible for any non-delivery of parcels or non-receipt of parcels.
