How do V2 Cigs UK Rewards work?

You earn loyalty points every time you make a purchase. You can use your points for reward vouchers and free delivery on future orders.

You can earn points by making purchases. Log in to your account and click the Earn Points tab in the menu.

Terms and Conditions

  • You may redeem V2 Cigs Rewards against any order on www.buyv2cigs.co.uk.
  • Rewards points are non-transferable and have no cash value.
  • 1 point has a redemption value of 1p.
  • You earn 5 points for every £1 spent.
  • You can only earn points by making a purchase on www.buyv2cigs.co.uk.
  • A minimum of 300 points is required to redeem rewards. 300 points can be used for free delivery.
  • V2 Cigs may suspend your account if it is found to be abusing the scheme.
  • Points cannot be used to pay for a whole order.
  • Points not used within 2 years will automatically expire.

Reward vouchers and minimum spend

From 28 October 2026, a reward voucher can cover no more than 30% of your order, because a new law (the Tobacco and Vapes Act 2026) bans free vaping products and “substantial discounts” on them. Each voucher has a minimum spend as follows:
