How do V2 Cigs UK Rewards work?

This is our way of showing our appreciation to you. You’ll earn loyalty points for activities on our site, such as referrals and purchases, and we will also give you points on your birthday. You can use them to earn discounts off purchases, so the more you collect, the more you save.

Anyone with an account is automatically enrolled.

How do I earn loyalty points?

You can earn points for all sorts of activities, including referring friends and making purchases. To see all the ways you can earn points, log in to your account and click the Earn Points tab in the menu.

Terms and Conditions

  • You may redeem V2 Cigs Rewards against any order on www.buyv2cigs.co.uk.
  • You may redeem up to 100% of the value of an order using V2 Cigs Rewards Points.
  • Rewards points are non-transferable.
  • Rewards points have no cash value.
  • 1 point has the redemption value of 1p.
  • Minimum of 300 points required to redeem vouchers.
  • 5 points earnt for for every £1 spent.
  • You may only earn points via the purchase on www.buyv2cigs.co.uk or our authorised actions such as referring a friend, entering official competitions and promotions where points are rewarded.
  • Birthday points will only be added to accounts with valid birth dates.
  • V2 Cigs have the right to suspend your account if found to be abusing our program e.g. self-referrals, changing birthdays etc.
  • Refer a friend points will automatically be credited to your account when the unique referral code has been used by a new customer to purchase.If the customer is not new then the code will not work against a purchase.
  • If not used after 2 Years, points will automatically expire.
  • New customers using the referral scheme will automatically have the discount voucher added to their order.
