Good product. Performs as expected. Great balance.

I've been using this pen on a daily basis for about 2 months now.

First off, and perhaps most importantly, the vaping experience. The hit is excellent; it's quite powerful, yet very smooth and I actually find it more pleasant than a cigarette (no roar, dry feeling like when smoking a cig). It produces a nice taste, subtle, not too overpowering, but I guess both of these will depend on the liquid that you use. I initially moved onto vaping using the starter "classic" product from the same website and was frankly unimpressed, but after deciding to persevere I really enjoy using this pen.

Contrary to some of the other reviews, I've been using the same cartridge for 2 months now and though it does taste slightly off, it's not too bad - I must have refilled it at least 30-40 times. Needs replacing now, but I'm surprised it's lasted this long.

Battery life is great- on the days that I use it very heavily I'll need to charge it up every other day. When the battery is low it doesn't provide a strong hit so it's worth keeping it topped up.

Build quality is good - it's solid, got a good weight to it. The button is a bit knobbly but maybe that's just me being pedantic.

The flavours are good. It obviously comes down to personal choice, I despise the coffee, cola, chocolate etc, but the tobacco flavours are really nice. Many other cheaper options tend to be quite sickly, but these are subtle and smooth. A word of caution; choose the nicotine content wisely. I have found the 2.4% to be very strong, kinda wish I hadn't bought the sample pack with that strength. Might be nice if you could select an array of strengths in the sample pack.

I have found, however, there have been leaks from the cartridge. Throughout my time using it I often find when taking the cartridge out it's got liquid on it, and when looking in the pen at the battery pins there's some liquid residue there too. Not sure whether it's a leak, or maybe it's from blow-back, but can be annoying, especially when the whole pen becomes sticky. I've also found on some rare occasions it spits very hot liquid out. Doesn't happen often, but it's still an issue.

firstly customer service undeniably spot on, ive called them. so many times about products im surprised they didnt get fed up with me.
secondly if like me your looking for something you cant afford its here for £60 so if you are looking to tick boxes on every front but cant afford it think again!!
quality build, a lot smaller than I imagined, great in stealth black, its tiny, all components are almost miniature like with quality built in.
thirdly I have just tried for first time vaping dry leaf, I had some average material to say the least, tried the v2 with it, loaded it three times which probably amounts to a large good smokes worth and feeling beautiful. cannot wait for quality material to go into v2.
postage was fast, it charged within 15 minutes, no idea on whats left in the battery ive had three wee sessions.
cleans very easily for something so small, what more can I say..
funnily enough I had a fag afterwards and it felt really mucky and dirty which was a first me, I bought this v2 to stop smoking, I think its just what I needed
