EX Blanks (3 Pack)

Hi all,
I think this product is great. I had a few that did not work, but Ruth sent me some replacements.

Unfortunately I am vaping a lot so therefore for me they are a bit on the expensive side, but I must confess they are great.

I can only recommend these.

Have used these for a few years now and have to say the quality is very hit and miss, a few last 3 - 4 weeks and others a week, they leak/clog or just stop working- and no I don't overfill them/let them run low - and when they do last 2 weeks plus the black plastic tip parts company from the screw piece. The prices are also sneaking up and I feel don't reflect the quality for what they are. They could be supplied in bigger packs to save on postage too.

I switched to EX Blanks a few months ago after using the standard blank cartridges.
They are a lot easier to fill.
I've had a couple that have cracked when I screwed them too tight but customer services were great an sent me replacements right away.
My tip/suggestion: Try to keep them topped up, this avoid the burnt taste you get when they are heated when dry inside. This should be added to the instructions/user guide, i discovered it myself through trial and error

Bought a pack of these to try out - they work well, are easy to fill and give a lot of vapour. However, I prefer the regular blank cartridges due to three reasons: longevity, taste and cost.
I expected the EX blanks to last longer than the normal blanks, however after around 4-5 days it already started tasting burnt. I've had blank cartridges last just as long as this, so for the much higher cost you get the same amount of use. I also found I had to refill these far more often than the blank cartridges as they just seemed to guzzle liquid. They do produce a lot of vapour though, so I expect they use more of the liquid for each puff.

I also found the EX blanks produce a taste that is very different to the regular blank cartridges. I use the menthol green tea liquid, and in these I found the menthol taste to be much stronger and it overpowered everything else. It wasn't unpleasant, just I find you get more of the taste come through in the normal blank cartridges.

While these were ok and worked well I just can't justify the cost of buying them compared to the regular blank cartridges, especially as I detect no real difference in the quality of the vapour and prefer the taste of the other cartridges.

I have used this product for a whiie now i don't know if i am just unlucky but nearly every one i have used has leaked, and it's working out very expensive for me, also i have now had 4 new batteries in the last 6 months because they have just stopped working, i think the v2 is a great product but unfortunately for these reasons i will now have to find a cheaper one.
TEAM V2 Response: The most likely cause of a leaking ex blank is excess liquid in the chamber. When filling the ex Blank it is important to make sure the liquid is dripped down the side of the Ex Blank. This is most easily accomplished by holding the ex Blank at an angle. IF you see that you have accidentally got liquid in the central column you can deal with this very easily by taking the cartridge off the battery holding it is a tissue and gently blowing through the mouth piece.
