Compatibility Guide

The T20-S uses Innokin's Prism-S coil family, the same coils also fit the Prism T20S tank and several other Innokin devices, so spares are easy to find further down the line.

Compatible coils: 0.8Ω and 1.5Ω Prism-S coils.

Compatible e-liquids: Best suited to 50/50 PG/VG e-liquids like the included Platinum range, nic salts also work well, particularly on the 1.5Ω coil for smokers wanting a stronger throat hit. High-VG shortfills aren't a good match, the low wattage and tight airflow aren't built for thick e-liquid.

Charging cable: Any standard Micro-USB cable will charge the T20-S, note this is Micro-USB rather than USB-C.

Coil and Usage Guide

0.8Ω Prism-S (pre-installed). A slightly more open draw with a bit more flavour and vapour, a good all-rounder for most vapers.

1.5Ω Prism-S. A tighter, more restricted draw closer to a cigarette, better suited to higher-strength e-liquid and vapers who want maximum throat hit with minimum vapour.

Coil lifespan. Expect one to two weeks per coil with regular use, a burnt or muted taste, or a gurgling sound, means it's time to swap. Prime a new coil by letting it sit filled for a few minutes before your first vape.

Filling the tank. Unscrew the top cap, fill from the side of the chimney (avoid the centre tube), and don't overfill, leave a small air gap at the top.

Usage Advice

Charge fully before first use, a full charge from empty takes around 60 to 90 minutes on a standard Micro-USB charger.

Prime every new coil, fill the tank and leave it to sit for five minutes before vaping, this prevents a dry, burnt first hit.

Stick to 50/50 e-liquids or nic salts rather than thick shortfills, the T20-S's low wattage and tight airflow aren't designed for high-VG juice and it will affect wicking and flavour.

Use the button lock (five rapid clicks) when the kit's in a bag or pocket, to stop it firing accidentally.
