Just echoing what other reviewers have said; this is an excellent, well designed product. It's sturdy and works very well. I only started vaping 2 weeks ago. I had quit smoking for six years, after only smoking for 2 - 3 years. But then, about 2 months ago, I picked it up again and within 2 weeks I was a pack + a day smoker. I decided I didn't want to get hooked in that fashion again, because despite trying Allan Carr (which helped me quit the first time), nothing was seeming to stop the habit this time around.
I decided I didn't want to smoke cigarettes, so started vaping. I bought a cheap, local shop item for 15 euros, the name of which I won't put here, but it was spitting liquid into my mouth all the time — very unpleasant.
This product is well worth the money, comes with a wall charger, and as other people have noted, you can vape while it's charging. The range of flavours is good, though so far I have only tried vanilla. It's construction is based on magnets, so each part fits well with the next. I can't force having any problems with this, after having only used it for less than an hour.
The only minor concern I have, as someone else has mentioned, is that the pull off it is quite low— you have to drag or suck to get it to flow through. Not a big problem from where I'm standing.
Don't hesitate to buy this product.

We recognise that some vapers prefer an easier draw and some like considerably more vapour. We have introduced the new Pro 3 ceramic cartridge which offers sub ohm vaping and more vapour per "puff". WAS SO EXCITED TO RECIEVE THIS AND IT WAS BROKEN OM ARRIVAL, THE CARTRIDGE HAS SNAPPED AT TOP AND FELL OUT, SO I CANT USE IT. I WOULD LIKE AN IMMEDIATE REPLACEMENT OR REFUND.....SO UNHAPPY.

battery went flipside, was asked to return it so i did only then to be told to return charger too so it can be tested well the charger is fine as it works my other v2 pro3 and thats all that needs replacement but no ended up ranting on the phone so now i'll return charger and have refund never to buy from here again! not a happy customer...
TEAM V2 RESPONSE: We would preferably like to speak to this customer. If the customer was sure that the charger was not the problem because it was charging a different unit we should not have insisted that the charger be returned to us. We are very sorry that this has happened.

I have used the V2 pro series 3 for a couple of years and is a great vapourizer as it gives good performance and never any leakage.
The best thing however is the customer service you get, which is by far the best I have ever had. They deal with any issues you may have quickly and efficiently and for that reason I will continue to buy from here. 10/10

Well built, good battery life & great vaping. Haven't had a cigarette since I purchased it. It would have got 5 stars but the e-liquid cartridges are terrible, which produce a horrible burnt taste within a week. So if you're looking to buy this be prepared to buy 1-2 cartridges a week.
Team V2 Response: Team V2 Response: The cartridges should last on average for 15 to 20 liquid refills before needing to be replaced. The burnt taste is a sign that the cart need replacing, but we would want them to last for at least 15 refills. A heavy vaper might refill the cartridge 2 or 3 times a day. I like the simple design with few detachable parts that attach together using magnets. It gives the impression of a sturdy, well built product. However, I am not at all happy with the vaping experience. The draw on this vape pen is tighter than on a traditional cigarette and is really uncomfortable to use. There is also no throat hit. For a model in this price range, this is definitely not what I was expecting.
Response Form Team V2: We would really like to talk to you about your experience with your Pro 3. Insufficient throat hit could mean that you are using an E-Liquid that is not strong enough for you. Most vaping devices do require that you work a bit harder on the draw. You should bear in mind that vaping is not a like for like experience to smoking. Some adjustments do need to be made to accommodate the changes. If you contact us and discuss this issue with our Vaping Guru's we feel certain that we will be able to improve your vaping experience.

So my v2 pro series 3 ended up in a dishwasher cycle at 70 degrees today. I Had only noticed it
Whilst unloading the cutlery after the intense wash.
I let it dry, cool down then charged it and it's still working.
I think that's testament to how well built they are. I've had so many vape pens that have leaked or the battery has got wet (admittedly not from a dishwasher) and they have broken pretty quickly or tasted burnt. Have tried Green smoke, blu, multicig, ok cig , market versions, most of the ecigs you can get on a motorway stop shop - multi cig being a second. These are my favourite.
Ex- ish smoker of Marlboro menthols (socially but not really social) have tried the liquid, find the 1.2 a little bit too tame, will go for the higher version next time.

I have been using the series 3 vaporizer for year and half now and have had only good things to say about the product and the company. I have had 2 loose leaf cartridges out of probably 10 that have been faulty and both have been replaced without any problems the customer service team are very helpful. I would recommend this product to everyone and I would also recommend buying product only from this company as the delivery is quick and comes with guarantee for faults. Not tried series 7 yet as waiting for price to drop. High quality product and discreet pen design means u can use it anywhere.

My v2 Pro series 3 arrived today, I just unpacked, filed with Platinum Red tobacco and I was just blowed by this product, nothing compares like this, I smoked an average 20cigs a day, tried lots of e-cigs but nothing gives the feeling like this one, this is a Pro product on an affordable price, and the built quality is amazing.
Just had a little thing and I felt disappointed regarding phone information not being true, I'll keep the 5 stars for the product, but if I could rate experience of order should be a 3 star.
Placed an order for my series 3 Sunday and Monday after some reviews I decided to phone customer service to add and e-liquid cartridge and V2 liquid pack, I've been told that it was possible to add to my previous order, keep my discount and have free postage, but in the end I've payed £2.75 for something I should have for free (please consider that on my next order please)

I have been using the V2 Pro Series 3 for just under 6 month. First of all I had an issue with one of the cartridges. After a very brief phone call I was sent a replacement within a couple of days. Secondly, yesterday I had the e-cig itself overheat in my pocket. This appears to have destroyed the battery. After a second, but again brief, phone call I have been asked to send it back to them (they will reimburse the postage!). I have been told that a replacement will be sent out in a couple of days.
I have had this kind of service in the past, admittedly for much bigger companies, and have stuck by these brands for life. I will be doing the same with V2Cigs.co.uk.

I recently decided to purchase two V2 Pro series 3 Vaporisers (One to use as a spare battery & charging lead). I am extremely pleased with them and the supplied E-Liquids. They give lots of vapour together with an excellent throat hit. The units are of the highest quality as are the E-Liquids supplied. The magnetic liquid cartridges and charging leads are a superb idea as are the green & red charging LED's. Also the batteries last a long time between charging. I found mixing Congress 50% and Menthol 50% gives the best result for me but my advice is to experiment yourself with flavours & nicotine strengths (V2 supply starter sample E-Liquid packs for this). My order and my email enquiries were dealt with promptly by Ruth with really fast postage / delivery and I would recommend the products and the company wholeheartedly. Finally I am not connected to this company at all - I am just a very very happy customer - Keep up the excellent work!

0nly 2 days to ireland! impressive! Dry leaf cartridge need to be well looked after and try not to drop it too often. the magnet has come loose on my last 2 cartridges after 10 weeks or so and i think a few falls may have been the cause. Great vaping experience from both dry leaf and e liquid

I loved this vaporiser, however after 8 months of use it just dies on me. I called customer services and was told these just have a 6 month warranty. Needless to say, I am not happy.
Team V2 response: We recommend in order to maximise the longevity of a Pro Series 3 the E-liquids carts are replaced after 15 to 20 refills and that the unit is cleaned at least once a week. It is also probable that a sudden failure can be fixed by resetting the chip which we would do over the phone with the customer.

Purchased back in September to help me give up smoking and I also use the loose leaf cartridges from time to time.
Really nice vaporiser, by far the most aesthetically pleasing on the market (stainless steel looks amazing). Weight is perfect, vapour is excellent. In my experience customer service has been good too.
Cartridges are useless after about 2-3 weeks of daily use. That doesn't bother me but the price of replacements (along with the additional postage cost) does.
Battery capacity needs to be increased for the next model. I assume it's 650mah which is just too small, needs to be 800+.
Capacity of loose leaf cartridge could be increased slightly.
All in all excellent, recommended it to all!

First of all let me say that V2's UK customer care team are amazing. How I know this is unfortunately through the troubles I have had with my device(s).The problem is always the same, the glue used to hold the magnetic ring in place is not doing its job, which makes using the vaporizer very difficult and annoying. You will not be able to fix it, trust me I have tried, it resulted in me having to order a new device . Don't get me wrong I have been using it heavily because it is amazing, and if you only use it with an e-liquid cartridge you will probably not have any issue. I only use mine with a loose-leaf cartridge and if you are looking for something for that purpose I would look further.

As advertised from the moment I picked up the unit the normal cigs went into the bin -- 5 months now and no cravings.
My main problem with the unit is build quality.
1st Unit: Replaced due to incorrectly determining cartridge type.
2nd Unit: Performing ok although magnet that holds cartridge in place has come loose.
3rd Unit: Burns through cartridges, front led lights no longer work and magnet the holds cartridge in place has come loose.
Outside of the above.
1. Battery: Ok but does not last a day for me and hence I have 2 units. It is also not replaceable.
2. Liquids: Good.
3. Support: Very good.
4. Cost: Not the cheapest but good value.
Despite the above issues with the actual unit I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a smoking cessation device.
It is important to understand these devices will not last forever and with my vaping habits I think I am looking at 6-12 months.

i recently purchased a v2 pro series 3. In general I am very impressed both with the vape quality and the battery performance. Much greater vape 'smoke' and much longer vaping time between charges compared to my previous kit (ecab). I did have a problem with a leaky cartridge but got a very quick response via email and a promise to replace the cartridge the next day (thank you Ruth!)

I got the V2 Pro series 3 mainly to smoke some herb without having to mix it with tobacco and it's perfect.
I also got the menthol 1.2 and red tobacco 1.8 and they're good too.
Ok, not the cheapest on the market but I wanted quality and that's what I got. Happy days :0)

I've been using this cape for the past few months and, all in all, am quite pleased with most aspects of this model.
Battery life is the best of any vape I've used before, the tanks (though small) give a nice clarity to the taste of my chosen liquids and the design is rather snazzy and stealthy (I chose black, and the finish is awesome!)
The only con I can give is that the tanks are small, especially the loose leaf cartridge, but V2 have improved on this with their newer model - which I'm tempted to purchase, though the overall price is just outside of my range.
