UK government legislation to ban the sale of single-use vapes from 1 June 2025 has been laid in Parliament.
Until then TPD registered products can legally be sold to people aged 18 and over.

Unlike nicotine salt e-liquid – which is usually available in strengths of 10 mg/ml (1%) and 20 mg/ml (2%) – disposable vapes generally come in just one nicotine strength of 20 mg/ml (2%). That’s ideal for smokers because disposable vapes are compact devices that produce relatively small vapour clouds. Your first vaping device should be one that matches the nicotine delivery of a cigarette as closely as possible, so we recommend starting with the 20 mg/ml nicotine strength. After you’ve switched completely from smoking to vaping, you may want to lower your nicotine intake by stepping down to a lower strength.
What Do Disposable Vape Puff Counts Mean?
Every disposable vape has number signifying approximately how many puffs you’ll get from the device before you need to replace it. The exact number of puffs that a disposable vape will produce depends on a number of factors such as how often you vape and how deeply you inhale when vaping.
